When will I receive my order?
We take 2-7 business days to process your order + selected shipping methods. We use the following shipping providers:
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns at this time.
Please check thesize chartto make sure you order the correct size.
However, any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within three weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than three weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?
All orders are final – we cannot cancel orders once they have started production.
Can you deliver orders to a PO BOX?
Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.
What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally – this will minimize the risk of the order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
It’s past the estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet.
Please check in with your local post office – in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, pleasecontact us.Send us your order number and the correct delivery address – we will help.
Make sure you report the problem within three weeks after the estimated delivery time – If reported outside of the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.
Order is marked as delivered – but not there.
In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient has yet to receive it – we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient’s address.
Wrong Address –If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed –Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
